According to the criminal judgment of Dongtai people's Court (2019) Su 0981, in addition to the penalty for the environmental pollution crime committed by Huifeng shares, Feng Baobao, Zhu Chengjie, sun Jiaqing, Fan Jian, Wu Yufeng and Ji Zihua, the relevant personnel of Huifeng shares, were sentenced to a term of imprisonment ranging from one year and ten months to two years and nine months, and the penalty ranged from 30000 yuan to 300000 yuan.
According to the criminal judgment No.1 of Dongtai people's Court (2019) Su 0981, Jiangsu cofit Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. committed the crime of environmental pollution and was fined 3 million yuan, and the illegal income of 526600 yuan was recovered. Relevant personnel Zhu Guanghua, Chao Guofu and Wang Yusheng were sentenced to two years and six months' imprisonment, two years' imprisonment and three months' detention respectively for the crime of environmental pollution, and fined 300000 yuan, 150000 yuan and 150000 yuan respectively.
