To this end, the national health and Health Commission said that aerosol transmission has yet to be determined. However, people also need to pay attention, especially in the relatively closed space, from the details of individuals not spitting, sneezing or coughing covered with paper towels.   

         A small sputum, bacteria, a mouth of sputum with bacteria formed droplets can contaminate the surrounding tens of meters. Many diseases expand the epidemic situation and destroy the environment because of the sputum borne bacteria.         

   As for spitting everywhere, cities have already banned it, but the actual situation is not optimistic. Civilization is not innate, it needs to be cultivated day after day. The emphasis of civilization lies in the cultivation of every bit and lasting cultivation, which requires not only everyone's self requirements and self-discipline, but also a strong social atmosphere and perfect laws and regulations.       

     It depends on rigid law enforcement. Some scholars pointed out that the mainland can't compare with Hong Kong in terms of the punishment for spitting everywhere. Spitting everywhere in Hong Kong can be punished with a fine of up to HK $5000. In Singapore, spitting everywhere is not an immoral act, but a crime. If we can establish strict laws and regulations on spitting everywhere and implement them as strictly as Singapore, we believe that we will achieve the same good results.            It depends on civilization. Speaking of civilization focuses on the cultivation of every bit and lasting cultivation, which requires everyone's self-requirements and self-discipline. This requires the use of all media channels to criticize the phenomenon of spitting everywhere, but forces everyone to pay attention to regulate their words and deeds, pay attention to social morality, and abide by public order.          

  Supporting facilities. Do not spit everywhere, it is to spit in the place of spitting, which needs to improve the relevant supporting facilities. Relevant departments should allocate garbage cans intensively and reasonably to provide convenience for those who need to spit phlegm, and encourage them to spit on toilet paper first and then into garbage cans. If you can't find the trash can at one time, you should put the used paper towel into the bag you carry with you. At the same time, the sanitation department should do a good job of terminal detoxification in time to avoid environmental pollution due to sputum.
